The Sales Operations, Sr Manager , will be responsible fordeveloping and maintaining all incentive-based compensationsystems/tools, optimizing work processes and providing insights andrecommendations for sales teams. The candidate will workcross-functionally with various departments to create solutions bygathering data and insights to ultimately drive best-in-classexperience and productivity to meet and exceed company/departmentgoals. The candidate will utilize industry benchmarks to delivertracking and traceability of processes and solutions utilizingtechnology platforms delivered by Sales Operations. Roleexpectations
- Develop, improve and maintain operational managementsystems, processes and best practices
- Ensure current tools andprocesses are designed to generate sales effectiveness, removeroadblocks, and drive efficiencies in the field.
- Enable two-waycommunication to stakeholders by leveraging and utilizing industrybest practices, data, and insights.
- Collaborate withcross-functional partners to support quotas and accrual runs.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders todefine skill gaps, desired outcomes, and success criteria.
- Develop financial models and evaluate ROI on keyprograms/initiatives while maintaining an unbiased view to helpdrive adoption and utilization of Align Products and Services.
- Research and determine business needs on current systems andproducts related to compensation.
- Act as the primary contactbetween scrum teams, product development departments andstakeholders to ensure the products meet specific objectives forrelevant systems.
- Provide insights on incentive trends, behaviorand state of the business including recommendations for change.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10 years salesoperations, strong analytics experience, and detail oriented.
- Proficient in programming and analytical skills: Salesforce, SQL,PowerBI, and Sales Performance Management tools
- Knowledge oforganizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experiencebudgeting and forecasting
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Adaptability to respondquickly to shifting priorities and adjust initiatives andpriorities
- Comfortable with legal and regulatory processes toensure company compliance
- Working knowledge of productdevelopment architecture
- Proficiency in the use of analytic toolsand strong analytical thinking
- Excellent knowledge ofuser-centered design principles.
- Excellent oral and writtencommunication, including presentation skills
- Ability to work withlarge teams and a variety of people, including users, productdevelopment team members and management team members
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
