About the Job Are you a results-driven seller who also loves scrolling social media and listening to Podcasts? Dashery works with creators looking to sell merch to their fans, and we’re looking for a dynamic seller/coach to help grow our client base. You’ll spend roughly 60% of your time managing your own pipeline and smashing your targets and 40% of your time coaching and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong interest in coaching others, a thorough understanding of sales metrics, and a never-ending curiosity about how to improve processes and results.

Core Responsibilities:

Business Growth Own and manage a personal sales pipeline, consistently hitting or exceeding individual revenue targets. Track key performance metrics Design, execute, and analyze tests to optimize outreach and conversion. Use data insights to refine processes and improve team productivity. Coaching & Development Act as a mentor and coach for a team of sales reps, providing regular 1:1s, feedback, and professional development Use performance metrics and shadowing to identify and address skill gaps. Provide timely feedback, drive accountability, and develop top talent. Create a culture of accountability and celebrate wins to drive team performance. Partner with the Director of Sales to support the hiring and onboarding of new team members.

Optimize Sales Operations:

Define and document scalable, repeatable sales processes to drive team efficiency and process consistency. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify system and tooling improvements. Stay on top of market trends, competitor insights, and sales innovation opportunities. Requirements 2+ years of SMB sales experience with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership experience with a minimum of 1 year of coaching experience. Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred. Strong command of Excel and ability to analyze data. The final offer may be determined by a number of non discriminatory factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees annually, subject to board discretion.
