Job Description
We are currently partnered with biopharmaceutical company that is seeking a Territory Business Manager to join their company. This role will be responsible for all sales activities and execution of marketing strategies within the Raleigh area . Their focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies.
Responsibilities:
Direct customer facing interaction and execution of brand & sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization Use of knowledge and expertise of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize results at the territory level High level of collaboration with matrix team members to establish and improve territory performance Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong use of internal resources and data analysis to create territory business plans that drive results Identifying opportunities to build organizational efficiency and process improvements to positively impact business Responsible for understanding the opportunities unique to the geography
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field Minimum of 4+ years within industry (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical) Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience Ability to travel: 80% within assigned territory and 20% overnights and / or weekend events (as needed)
