As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue. Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets. Utilize VIN Solutions for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Experience Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position. Strong skills in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes. Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity VIN Solutions or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Background in technical sales or outside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
