The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts inJuly and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager isresponsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employeerelations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
Duties also include the construction and opening, operating andclosing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores. Applicants must beat least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 yearsexperience in a multi-store supervisory position. The physicaldemands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing,walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and movingup to 50 pounds.
