Remote As a District Sales Manager you will: Job Description District Sales Manager – Medical Device Product The District Sales Manager is an integral part of our team, drivingsales of the product into hospital Neurology, ICU, and EDdepartments. With a focus on exceeding sales targets, this roleinvolves building and nurturing relationships with healthcareprofessionals while providing exemplary service and conductingpersonalized equipment demonstrations. What you’ll get to do in this role:

Drive sales in your region,smashing monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Deliver powerful equipment demos to physicians, clinical staff, andIT professionals, highlighting the value of solutions. Build clinical champions within hospitals to advance and close keysales opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction andproduct success while tracking progress in Siebel CRM. Network at conferences and events, building connections andpromoting products. Provide insights to management on new business opportunities andsales forecasts, driving strategic growth.

What we are looking for:

Basic qualificationsBachelor’s degreestrongly preferred; MBA or medical qualifications are a bonus. 5+ years of proven success in medical sales, especially in Neuro,ICU, Critical Care, Cath Lab, or ED settings. Hunter mentality with a track record of high sales rankings,awards, or President’s Club honors. Exceptional concept-selling skills and ability to navigate complexhospital sales cycles. Strong analytical skills for financial information and salesdata. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, withproficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated and independent, yet effective in small teamsettings. High ethical standards with professional references at an executivelevel. Must have a valid driver’s license and credit cards to supporttravel-related job expenses.

Preferred:

Experience with SaaS or subscription sales processes. Background in Neuro, ICU, Critical Care, Cath Lab, or ED. Advanced degree (MBA or medical qualification).

Travel Required:

at least 75%
