Role & Responsibilities:

Frontline Leadership:

Actively lead by example in the field and in the office by; setting sales strategies, coaching, and mentoring daily.

Team Development:

Cultivate a high-performance sales team by providing comprehensive training and development.

Market Engagement:

Engage diverse customer segments, including winback customers, ACP customers, existing customers, and new market areas. This Is a Ground-Floor Leadership Opportunity and a Permanent position with significant opportunities for growth and development. Earning Potential & Commissions:

15 Weekly Products (1-2 Agents): $750 + Commissions 25
