Dual Hotel Sales Manager Fairfield Inn Porstmouth NH Portsmouth, NH 03801 • Hybrid work Hotel Regional Sales Manager – Dual Property (Fairfield Inn Portsmouth, NH & Fairfield Inn Exeter, NH) Join our team as the Hotel Regional Sales Manager for two leading Fairfield Inn properties in the vibrant Seacoast region of New Hampshire! We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead and execute the sales strategy for both the Fairfield Inn Portsmouth and Fairfield Inn Exeter. Position Overview The Hotel Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, building client relationships, and maximizing occupancy for both hotels. This dual-property role requires a motivated self-starter with proven hospitality sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals for both properties. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate, group, and leisure segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, travel agents, and channels to secure repeat business and capture referrals. Conduct outside sales calls, give site inspections, and participate in local networking events. Negotiate contracts and manage group bookings, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded. Collaborate with hotel management and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of groups and accounts. Utilize the company CRM and prepare reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Stay current with local market trends and competitor activity to ensure both hotels remain competitively positioned and meeting KPIs. Represent the Fairfield Inn brand with professionalism and integrity at all times. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of hotel sales experience, ideally with Marriott or similar select-service brands. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to travel locally between Portsmouth and Exeter as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS.
