The SE team is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects. This means hitting the phones, getting in front of stakeholders and always driving to not just close the deal, but to open the door to new sales. Our SE team is always focused on what is right for the client, for their company and for themselves. We’ll supply you with all the tools, training & support you need to win, all while you’ll be building and managing your book of business, directly influencing your (substantial) earnings. The Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership to both the sales and recruiting teams. This position has overall sales, service, and P&L responsibility for their office. Successful candidates will have a track record of success in growing a territory as a senior salesperson or as a Branch Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing a sales & marketing plan to open new accounts Penetrating and developing existing clients through business development and live presentations Directly responsible for reaching all financial objectives, P&L and budgeting
- Hire, train and manage technical sales and recruiting teams to support fulfillment of orders in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining cross-selling relationships with Micro Tech offices to enhance fill ratios
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years leading high-performing sales teams
- 7+ years proven hunting sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to manage a productive sales and recruiting environment while being held accountable for individual productivity targets
