Vehicle Outfitters is currently interviewing candidates to grow sales in existing territories and established markets. Vehicle Outfitters operates from one warehouse (based in Charlton, MA) which distributes OEM GM Accessories to our exclusive markets all of New England. Position Overview The Accessory Territory Sales Manager position is responsible to sell and promote GM Accessories sales processes within the GM Dealerships in New Hampshire and parts of Vermont. The pay structure of this role is a combination of salary and commission. Territory Sales Manager Job Responsibilities Based in the Central/Southern New Hampshire area, our Territory Sales Managers work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise and support the sales of GM Accessories. Territories are assigned monthly sales objectives tied to individual GM dealership objectives. Performance is based on assigned territory sales objectives. Consult with dealership managers/executives to improve GM Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities. Develop customized GM Accessories programs, point-of-sale material and incentive programs to support the sale of GM Accessories within each assigned dealership. Create engagement by training dealership personnel on GM Accessories selling processes; includes sales staff, parts departments, service departments and body shops. Provide local accessory support for divisional & dealer events. Engage with co-workers to share ideas and support one another as needed. Territory Sales Manager Job Requirements First and foremost, the right candidate for this position will have strong personal skills to include excellent communication, organizational, time management and customer service skills. Strong presentation skills are a must as well. MUST be a self-starter, this position will be required to work independently for the majority of the time with guidance and support as needed. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, YouTube, etc. Previous experience as an entrepreneurial sales professional is desired, including a basic understanding of dealership operations and a passion for working with and/or selling to dealerships. Expectation is to work full-time, in the dealerships within your assigned geographical territory at a minimum of 4 days per week. Candidate should reside in proximity to assigned geographical territory in the Central/Southern New Hampshire area. Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired.
