Reimbursement is based on salary plus commission. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients to drive sales and ensure product availability. Coordinate with management, providing guidance and support to team members in achieving sales goals. Implement effective phone etiquette when communicating with clients and partners. Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and product quality. Train and mentor brand ambassador on best practices for selling and customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in wholesale management or a related field. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group. Proficiency in retail math for effective inventory management and pricing strategies. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred to facilitate communication with a broader client base. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for building strong client relationships. Ability to understand market trends and make data-driven decisions regarding stock levels and pricing. Cannabis Experience required
