Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business Able to function effectively with CDK and VinSolutions Maintains high customer satisfaction Assists sales team with processing or completing sales Trains and Supervises sales team Motivates and is Enthusiastic with the sales team Oversees departments aged inventory Responsible for sales price negations Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies Attends manager meetings Works with BDC 5 day work week includes Saturdays Moves units, with hitting monthly quota Works with sale to make daily appointments
