This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively supervise a team of canvassers, manage outreach initiatives, and engage with the community to promote our mission. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in sales or fundraising, and the ability to negotiate effectively in various market environments. Duties Supervise and train canvassing teams to ensure effective outreach and engagement strategies. Develop and implement door-to-door canvassing campaigns to promote our initiatives. Conduct telemarketing efforts as needed to reach potential supporters and stakeholders. Communicate with team members and the community to articulate our goals and objectives clearly. Negotiate with local businesses and organizations to secure partnerships or support for fundraising efforts. Monitor progress and performance metrics of canvassing activities, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to align canvassing strategies with overall organizational goals. Engage in electioneering activities when applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising teams, particularly in a canvassing or sales environment. Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on effective communication and persuasion techniques. Familiarity with market analysis and the ability to identify opportunities for outreach. Experience in fundraising or sales is highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication efforts within diverse communities.
