- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
