Minimum KPIs:

$250K+ Net Sales per month $4.5K+ Net Sales per lead issued (NSLI) Positive install compliance feedback (“green light” from Operations) ⸻ Quarter 2 – Leadership & Mentorship Step into true sales leadership with a team under your wing. Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of in-home remodeling sales experience Strong closing skills with $2M+/year revenue history Background in high-ticket residential sales (exterior, interior, solar, etc.) Confident communicator, mentor-minded, hungry for growth ⸻ Not Quite There Yet? Compensation & Benefits OTE:
