A growing Consumer Products company based in the greater Northern Bergen County NJ area is seeking a Vice President of Sales (Opportunity to work Hybrid)) This role is responsible for leading the Sales team in planning and delivering sustainable growth in revenue and profitability across key national and regional grocery retailers. Understanding customer needs, monitoring market trends, and developing strategic trade development plans are key components of this role. Requirements:
12+ years’ experience in consumer goods in direct sales calling on national FDM retailers 5+ years’ experience managing a team Previous experience in a internal sales/ planning/ category position Experience with Nielsen/ POS data sources and ability to create clear and compelling stories Strong P&L, Financial and Trade management experience Bachelor’s degree
