Job Description
Area Sales Manager Laurel Lodging Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 As the Regional Sales manager, you will perform the strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the hotel, assisting a dynamic team to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all segments for Laurel lodging hotels. Building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community stakeholders to increase bookings and brand loyalty. Leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team to ensure excellence in execution and performance. Collaborating with operational departments to ensure seamless execution of events and guest satisfaction. Analyzing market trends, evaluating competitive positioning, and identifying opportunities for growth. Creating and overseeing digital marketing initiatives to drive online engagement and conversions. • This position will report to DOS and GM of the respective hotel and will be based in multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations within your designated region, driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team Employment Terms and Compensation Base compensation: You will receive annual gross compensation of $75,000.00, payable bi-weekly in accordance with our payroll.
Performance-Based Incentives:
You will be eligible to participate in an incentive program, with bonuses contingent upon meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction metrics, and marketing ROI. A detailed incentive will be provided upon starting of the position.

Work Schedule and Expectations:
This role requires strategic leadership and flexibility to attend client meetings, events, and occasional hotel operations during weekends and evenings. It is expected to work on site 5 days a week at the minimum and as business dictates. 5.
