Responsibilities The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability while overseeing and man aging the operations of our Sales department. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, achieving targets and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing leadership and effective business practices. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales. Hire, train and develop a team of Automotive Sales Consultants. Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved. Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
