Main Purpose of Job Maintain, increase, be accountable and responsible for sales revenue and product profitability. Implement a coherent sales plan that will effectively introduce the existing and new innovative product ranges to key customers to achieve revenue and profitability targets. .Develop new customers and maintain a sustainable pipeline through prospect identification, qualification, proposal and close. Appropriate sales call pattern, selling deep (multi-disciplines, all levels), being voice of the customer, gather and disseminate customer and market intelligence, embrace EHS First Practices. Main Activities and End-Results Expected 1. Identify, prospect, contact new business opportunities. 2. Handles all incoming requests for new customers and respond to
RFI, RPQ/RFP
inquiries. 3. Maintain existing customers by executing long-term supply agreements and grow revenue with existing customers. 4. Maintain contacts at major pharm and Biotech companies where we have little or no new business. 5. Maintain up-to-date general NIPRO Pharma packaging and Product presentations 6. Promote NPA Lab Services. 7. Increase revenue profitability. 8. Contribute to market intelligence activities 9. Report regularly on competition, initiate test studies when appropriate. 10. Control inventory not to exceed ten percent of annual usage. 11. Control receivables not to exceed existing terms. 12. Promote internal and external relationships to accomplish desired business objectives. 13. Adopt EHS First and self-promoter. 14. Promotes teamwork in all areas. 15. Exemplifies all safety, health and environment rules, company rules, regulations and ISO procedures and work instructions. 16.
Support Global Account Management Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
5 to 10 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in Packaging or Pharma or equivalent
Specific Knowledge Understand Parenteral Pharma Market Business Knowledge:
Experience in a mufti-national organization; Pertinent experience in packaging, Tubing is preferred.
