Choice Hotel Experience Preferred Perfect Role for Seasoned Sales Manager Ready to Move to their Next Role Airport Experience is a Plus Annual Bonus Potential We are now seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for our 107 room property, including 1,000+ square feet of meeting space and rooftop event space. The Director of Sales will be responsible for strategically soliciting and developing new accounts, maintaining excellent rapport with existing accounts and successfully promoting the hotel to the community. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality professional with excellent sales techniques who will meet or exceed budgeted goals and responsibly manage all aspects of the Sales department in accordance with the standards of Shaner Hotels and Choice Hotels Shaner offers a competitive salary, 30% bonus plan and a full benefits package including 401k. Qualifications:
Minimum of two to five years of hospitality experience; relative franchise experience a plus. Solid background in sales & marketing and catering. Excellent people management and problem resolution skills. Superior guest satisfaction skills. Airport experience a plus.
