Direct Hire JobResponsibilities Oversee a sales team to achieve sales targets,build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Strongunderstanding of the sales process, product knowledge and themedical device market. Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team3 W-2’s 1099s. Proven track record in sales preferably in themedical device/manufacturing and/or pharma industry. This positionis a blend of leadership, sales strategy, and execution, oftenrequiring interactions with management, including internaldepartments and customers. Coaching and developing a sales team toachieve goals. Developing and implementing sales strategies, plans,and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage and support ateam of 1099 distributors Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, healthcareproviders and distributors Identify new business opportunities andincrease market intelligence of our medical device products Provideproduct training demonstrations and support customers and 1099distributors Maintain positive collaboration with our marketing,product development and customer service departments to supportstrategic business growth Ensure compliance with industryregulations, company policies and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts andreports using Salesforce. Provide regular product training updates,and sales resources to ensure 1099s are equipped to sell productseffectively. Conduct consistent sales calls/outreach withdistributors to strengthen overall business relationships. Have aconstant presence and be the main contact between the company andthe 1099 representatives who report to the Sales Manager tofacilitate communication, feedback, reporting and resolve anyissues that may arise. Monitor and track all sales activity for all1099s reporting to the sales manager. Requirements Minimum of 10years of proven sales experience 5 years in a managerial role ispreferred Experience managing a sales team 1099s. PreferredBachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field Strongknowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirementsBook of Business / Network of Clients Strong communication,negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, strategicthinker with a track record of exceeding targets SalesforceExperience / CRM Related Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite M3
