Your Role If you have a solid background as an After Sales Manager and you are obsessed with ensuring care user satisfaction, this is the position for you! We are looking for a brilliant, enthusiastic After Sales Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring high-end technical support performance. You will head the After Sales Department by efficiently and effectively managing the team to win customer loyalty and achieve your assigned goals. Your Impact
Ensure the excellent performance of After Sales, consistent with our brand positioning, by correctly using end-to-end systems and processes
Ensure customer satisfaction with quality of service
Manage costs of the technical after sales organization, in line with assigned objectives
Manage the performance of the workforce in the field, including external service providers
Provide HQ with real-time feedback on product and service issues from the market
Ensure the right staffing and skills of the Technical After Sales organization, to guarantee the expected service level to customers
Increase organizational effectiveness, people development and engagement
Account for spare parts availability and inventory record accuracy
Apply the Technogym cultural model through company policies
About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
8+ years’ experience in this role
After Sales business expertise
Knowledge of electronic/mechanical engineering
Problem solving skills
Experience in project management
Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
Strong leadership which inspires your coworkers and customers
Expertise in team management with a high degree of empathy
Fluency in English
