Business Development Quadrant Health Group 231 Clarksville Road, West Windsor, NJ 08550 Join our dynamic team at Quadrant Health Group in West Windsor, NJ! We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Business Development to help grow our referral network and enhance visibility for our behavioral health services in Windsor, NJ. This position plays a vital role in expanding access to care by connecting with community partners, providers, and institutions throughout the region.
What You’ll Do:
Build and sustain strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, schools, insurers, and community organizations.
Lead outreach efforts:
calls, in‑person visits, presentations, and networking events. Develop marketing collateral and tailored proposals to highlight our services.
Manage the full cycle:
lead generation relationship building contract negotiation. Collaborate with leadership to shape growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. Analyze market trends, track referral metrics, and optimize outreach performance.
What You’ll Bring:
Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years in business development, preferably in healthcare (behavioral health a strong plus).
A persuasive communicator:
excels in presentations, contract negotiations, and follow‑through. Track record of meeting or surpassing referral or revenue targets.
