Regional Clinical Liaison 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Princeton, NJ Serenity Hospice provides caring and compassionate hospice care services to patients and families throughout New Jersey. Our mission is to alleviate pain and symptoms; foster a state of calmness and harmony; and encourage an appreciation of family, friends, and life experiences. Serenity Hospice is looking to add a motivated and passionate Regional Clinical Liaison to generate new business, maintain and build new relationships as well as develop sales and marketing strategies to further our presence in the community. This position covers the entire state of New Jersey and requires 90% travel.
Responsibilities:
Forecast needs for business development. Facilitate and maintain relationships with businesses. Collaborate with marketing team. With the Executive team, set and achieve goals for growth. Create effective and sustainable strategies for continued growth. Attend Marketing Meetings as required. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
Must have at least two years of experience in Hospice, Hospital, ALF or Nursing Home development. Must have at least two years of experience in Business Development and Sales. Reliable transportation and willing to drive extensively throughout the state. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Driven and motivated personality, looking for growth.
