Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to generate new sales revenue through targeted prospecting and lead qualification. This role focuses on building relationships with eCommerce brands and developing opportunities through both partnerships and direct sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting Generates qualified leads through targeted prospecting to eCommerce brands and direct sourcing initiatives Builds and maintains trusted relationships with our partners to secure consistent client referrals Executes strategic outbound prospecting sequences to move prospects through the nurture process Sales Execution Dedicates 80% of time to direct revenue-driving activities including prospecting calls, demos, and follow-ups Focuses prospecting efforts on companies meeting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Maintains high lead stage conversion rates through effective qualification and nurturing Conducts need analysis to identify client pain points and align them with our AI-driven digital marketing solutions. Articulates NetElixir’s strategy, products and services, and educates clients to create a mutually-beneficial business value proposition. Adopts NetELixr’s sales strategies (e.g., Challenger Sale) and handles main objections from clients. Works to overcome obstacles and sell tailored solutions. Collaborates with internal partners and peers to develop and implement strategies to identify and maximize revenue generation opportunities through value-proposition presentations to accelerate the closing of deals. Proactively researches information about clients’ advertising needs (e.g., advertising key performance indicators [KPIs]) to learn more about their competition and market trends. Identifies opportunities to drive optimizations and solutions based on clients’ advertising strategies. Presents tailored solutions based on clients’ insights. Manages the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing. Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth. Data Management & Development Leverages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other tools, and ad hoc opportunities to identify ways to increase revenue. Spends 20% of time on Salesforce data integrity and development activities Ensures accurate lead tracking and pipeline management Contributes to continuous improvement of sales processes and systems
What You’ll Bring:
1-3+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or similar role. Extensive hands-on experience in all digital marketing channels: Paid Searc, SEO, SEM, Social, Marketplaces, and Analytics. Ability to connect, engage, and collaborate with internal teams across the Global NetElixir Family. Lifelong learner who stays on top of the latest digital marketing and internal marketing trends and innovations.. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Data-driven storytelling skill is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree is necessary. Business Smarts and Getting-Things-Done Mindset is a MUST.
