Job Scope:

The InsideSales Manager will drive and support sales efforts in a given salesregion/territory by implementing the sales/marketing strategies forservices and reagents in that region/territory. The ISM will usehis/her knowledge of science and business including corporatecontacts to develop and deliver profitable initiatives and buildsales in the assigned region/territory. The preferred location forthis position is New York or New Jersey. We are looking for someonewho has s trong interpersonal and communication skills, the abilityto thrive in a diverse work culture, and is passionate about sales.

The estimated salary range is $70,000 – $75,000, based onexperience.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for prospecting.

Contact and qualify Marketing Qualified leads, nurture and routethem as appropriate to the respective sales manager. Follow up onquotes/proposals to win sales opportunities and cross-sell orup-sell GenScript services/products. Support the development andimplementation of regional sales strategies and tactics forservices and products. Explore and develop new markets and newapplications for current services/products. Work with RSM and TAMto develop action plans designed to secure business in acompetitive environment. Follow the sales process to understandcustomer’s research applications and match their needs withGenScript services and products. Assist to build and expand abusiness reference/referral network to help grow and develop newbusiness opportunities. Manage Distribution Channel as directed byRSM. Maintain CRM records to assure accuracy of customer accountrecords so they contain correct contact information. Travel up to10%

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in scientificdisciplines majoring in life science area Knowledge of theBiological and CRO or CDMO market or general biotech industry.
