The Role:

As a Sales Manager at Pure Earth Solar, you will be responsible for driving performance across your team, ensuring high-quality appointment setting and sales execution in the field.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a team of appointment setters and sales representatives in the field. Training and mentoring reps to set high-quality appointments and close deals effectively. Monitoring performance and providing consistent coaching to help team members exceed goals. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from lead to install. Holding your team accountable to daily activity and results targets. Recruiting top talent and building a culture of excellence.

What You Bring:

A competitive spirit and a proven ability to lead by example. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a direct, results-driven approach. 3+ years previous experience in sales or team management—solar experience is a bonus, but not required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands accountability and hustle. A desire to build something great and grow alongside an industry leader.
