This is a Co-Founder opportunity inside a high-velocity real estate operation. I don’t need another top producer. I need a builder — someone who can turn systems into scale, lead people with passion, and drive enterprise-level performance.
WHO THIS IS FOR

- Built or led a successful real estate sales team
- Coached and developed agents into six-figure producers

YOUR MISSION
- Phase by Phase This isn’t just a job.
It’s a clear path to multi-six-figure income, equity, and an executive title. Phase 1: Foundation (0-6 Months) Lead an existing team of 10-20 salespeople Drive daily coaching, training, and conversion Systematize onboarding and raise team productivity Recruit and onboard 5-15 more high-potential agents Leadership Expansion (6-12 Months) Identify and develop your first Sales Leader Launch second agent pod under their leadership Lead listings team while scaling sales organization Begin building out a regional sales system PExecutive Builder (12-24 Months) Oversee 4-6 Sales Leaders with 15-30 agents each Lead a team of 75-150+ agents across multiple counties Create sales training systems and culture rituals Earn residuals from pods you’ve built Gain equity, profit share, and executive track
COMPENSATION
Base salary + overrides + performance bonuses Equity opportunity for long-term wealth creation Top performers can earn $100K
- 1M+ annually as the business scales Compensation plan tailored during final interview phase
LOCATION & GROWTH PLAN
Based in New Jersey
- Monmouth, Ocean, or Middlesex Counties On-site leadership role (not remote) Travel within the tri-county area as the team expands Long-term opportunity to lead statewide growth and multi-market expansion
