We’re on the hunt for a dynamic SVP, Enterprise Prospect Salesto join our leadership team and drive our ambitious growthstrategy. As a trusted partner to our CRO, youll help shape thevision, planning, and execution across our Enterprise Salesorganization, ensuring we dont just hit our revenue targets, weexceed them all while delighting our customers. Thisrole will be remote, based in the United States and reports to theChief Revenue Officer. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the CRO and sales leadership team to establishvision, planning & prioritization for the prospect salesorganization and execute this vision and strategy across theEnterprise Sales organization to support sales objectives andexceed annual revenue targets. Convey the voice of the team andprospects to internal partners to appropriately influence productroad map and product/market fit. Drives teams to identify andaccurately blueprint named accounts, uncover new opportunities andplan for continued growth. Drives forecast accuracy and pipelinetracking best practices. Supervises sales management practices toensure consistency across teams and geographies. Partners withSales Operations & Finance to analyze sales metrics and results toimprove sales results. Uses controls and feedback systems tosupervise the operation of the department via our Salesforce.comCRM and other applications. Effectively motivates key relationshipsfostering customer advocates and selling success. Ensures anenjoyable, inclusive, and dynamic work environment while building amerit-based culture that appeals to top talent. Leads and inspiressuccessful sales management and teams to achieve goals throughopen, honest, and clear communication, fostering an environment ofsales excellence and the consistent application and innovation ofsales practices. Lead and mentor both direct (RVPs) and indirectreports (Account Executives) in a matrixed environment with thegoal of improving their professional expertise to better servebusiness initiatives. Lead team members’ performance includingformal reviews, establishing departmental and individual objectivesand performing applicable assessments. Create a high-performanceenvironment where business is conducted with integrity at all timesand behavior aligns with iCIMS’ values and practices.

Qualifications At least 8 years of sales leadership, with practicesthrough layers of management, showing a record of success. At least12 years B2B sales experience in Enterprise Software orSoftware-as-a-Service, directly selling into the C-Suite of globalorganizations (preferably in HR/HCM and with Fortune 200companies). Demonstrated ability leading and developing SalesPeople Leaders and Managers of successful sales teams. ExceptionalCustomer Commitment, with experience handling key customerrelationships, driving negotiations, and closing key opportunities.

Empathetic listening and interpersonal skills conducive to ateam-oriented environment. Proven adaptability to succeed in anambitious and fast-paced growth environment. Ability to demonstrateand inspire passion and drive in teams to consistently exceedmonthly sales targets.

Travel:

~50%. Proven track recordinfluencing C-level executives and helping your team drive newclient business. Exceptional forecasting and quota managementskills; experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM. Combinesfocused execution with consistent improvement to deliverpredictable growth.
