We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to join our team and drive the success of our pre-owned vehicle operations.

Job Description:

As the Used Car Sales Manager , you will oversee all aspects of our used car department. This includes managing inventory, driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership will be key to achieving our sales targets and maintaining Raceway Nissan’s reputation as a trusted automotive dealer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals. Manage and optimize used car inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and competitive pricing. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Analyze market trends to stay competitive and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in used car sales. Desking/F&I experience required Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of dealership management systems and inventory control tools.
