Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and driven In-House Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage internal client accounts, and support the sales team in pricing, purchasing, and campaign execution. Responsibilities:

Assist sales representatives in quoting and pricing custom orders efficiently and competitively Manage sourcing and purchasing of blank goods and promotional products to meet client order needs and timelines Maintain and grow relationships with in-house and recurring clients Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound outreach Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets Analyze sales data and support performance improvement across all channels Support the launch of online stores for teams, schools, and corporate clients

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sales 1+ years of experience in customized apparel and promotional goods sales 1+ years of e-commerce sales experience (preferred) Experience with

ASI, SAGE & PPAI

platforms Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

$60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
