We are currently seeking an Outreach Sales Manager – Entry Levelto assist in managing and growing a designated territory or region.

Your Responsibilities:

Direct, develop,and execute strategic plans to support and increase sales volumefor products under the responsibility. Develop and manage theopportunity to grow sales volume and improve order intakepredictability. Develop and foster close positive, professionalrelationships with representatives and key customers in assignedterritory. Must possess leadership capability, with the ability tounderstand the motives and objectives of the sales department andcommunication/interpersonal skills to effectively carry outresponsibilities and to develop and motivate others. As this roleis located in the field, the ability to work well under limitedsupervision and guidance is mandatory. Possesscreativity/adaptability to successfully manage the sales territoryand effectively address changing business conditions and achieveobjectives. Provide effective management and develop strong workingrelationships with agents and representatives to achieve desiredresults. Attributes needed include communications, motivation, teambuilding, team involvement, diplomacy, and delegating skills,including confidence and enthusiasm. Assist regional sales managersand representatives in the development, design, application,marketing, and selling of products. Support market development,sales promotions. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion andadvertising programs, and recommend changes or improvements.

Maintain contact with representatives and important customers tofollow up on promotion efforts and keep informed of their needs.

Position requires the constant and consistent exercise ofintellect, judgment, and ability commensurate with executive andmanagerial positions in similar industries or situations.
