We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director tojoin our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for aseasoned sales professional to drive our business forward in themanufacturing industry. The Sales Director will be responsible forselling dry ingredients to B2B clients, leveraging their huntermentality to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

This role requires a high degree of cold calling and prospecting,and the successful candidate will be expected to meet or exceedsales quotas consistently. With a minimum of 5 years of experiencein a similar role, the Sales Director will be a key player in ourorganization’s growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop andexecute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives forproducts and services. 2. Identify potential clients, generateleads, and close sales to exceed sales quotas. 3. Utilize a huntermentality to seek out and secure new business opportunities. 4.Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to build a strongpipeline of potential clients. 5. Maintain a deep understanding ofour dry ingredients and their applications in the manufacturingindustry. 6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customerrelationships. 7. Understand and navigate complex sales processes,negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements to maximizeprofits. 8. Work closely with the marketing team to developeffective sales strategies and promotional materials. 9. Monitormarket trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identifyopportunities for growth. 10. Provide accurate sales forecasts andreports to the management team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry,specifically with dry ingredients. 2. Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales quotas. 3. Strong experience in B2Bsales with a hunter mentality. 4. Proficient in cold calling andprospecting to identify new business opportunities. 5. Excellentnegotiation and closing skills. 6. Strong understanding of themanufacturing industry and dry ingredients. 7. Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills. 8. Ability to build andmaintain strong relationships with clients. 9. Strong analyticalskills to understand market trends and make strategic decisions.10. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently. 11.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
