Vice President, Sales & Systems, Logistic System Position Available In Somerset, New Jersey

BEUMER Corporation in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Vice President, Sales & Systems, Logistic System to lead the front-end delivery of business targets for North America sales; to communicate and drive the sales strategy with regional and global functions to meet yearly objectives; to provide leadership and develop strategies for Sales, Business Development, and Systems in alignment with the Company’s strategic plan; to define and execute strategic sales initiatives; to scale the business through systems, processes, and team capabilities; to develop solution and system integration capabilities; to collaborate with the regional sales team to guide and educate customers and sales managers; and to build trusted advisor-level relationships with senior leadership and influencers in customer organizations.

The position requires either:

1) a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management or a related field plus 5 years’ experience in the job offered or a related occupation; or 2) a Master’s degree in Engineering Management or a related field plus 3 years’ experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Required experience must include delivering advanced material handling solutions in the logistics industry; responsibility for front-end delivery of business targets for a large sales organization; developing strategies for systems, sales, and business development in alignment with the Company’s strategic plan; communicating sales strategy with various regional and global functions to deliver yearly objectives; driving key initiatives to accelerate commercial success while managing a team, holding them accountable for results, and ensuring continuous improvement; and collaborating with technical teams to successfully close targeted opportunities.
