Job Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to generate new business and maintain existing relationships. This role involves developing partnerships with property management companies, insurance agencies, and related industries. You’ll work on both B2B sales and inbound leads, driving growth for the company. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and can deliver high-level presentations with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new accounts and add companies to our vendor list (property management, insurance, etc.) Cultivate relationships with industry partners Implement and execute marketing strategies to enhance business development Present at meetings, events, and networking functions Maintain detailed records of interactions and input data into CRM Organize and attend networking events and Continuing Education seminars Regularly commute and meet with clients Ensure timely follow-ups and communications with clients
The Ideal Candidate:
Charismatic, self-driven, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills Proven B2B sales experience, especially in long-sales cycle environments Comfortable networking, scheduling meetings, and commuting Positive, resilient, and a natural problem-solver Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Able to maintain accountability and exceed sales targets Experience with CRM tools and a solid understanding of sales processes
Experience & Qualifications:
1+ year in business development, marketing, or sales 1+ year of experience in construction, insurance, or property management is preferred Proven track record of sales goal attainment Strong presentation and communication skills Valid driver’s license required
