This includes junior, private, and adult lessons and clinics, as well as our top rated tennis camps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, a passion for tennis, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and enrollment goals for all tennis programs (junior, private, adult, and camps). Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including outreach to schools, community groups, local businesses, and existing member networks. Conduct compelling presentations and tours of the facility to prospective clients, highlighting program benefits and unique selling propositions. Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into registrations and sales. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful enrollment. Manage daily operations of the tennis facility, including scheduling courts and coordinating events. Develop and implement tennis programs and clinics for various age groups and skill levels. Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with staff to ensure a high standard of facility maintenance and cleanliness. Organize tournaments, leagues, and special events to enhance community engagement. Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, and program participation. Requirements Strong understanding of tennis programs and the needs of junior, adult, and private lesson clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and close sales.
