To learn more about us, visit our website: https://smarterenergyservices.com/ RESPONSIBILITIES As the Administrative Sales Manager , your primary responsibility will be to ensure our Sales Director has the support they need to thrive. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:
- Demonstrating a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Director to include performing extensive data entry.
- Maintaining electronic databases, ensuring that all appropriate information is available in the CRM.
- Making outgoing calls on behalf of the Sales Department.
- Assisting with bills and contracts.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2•3 years of experience working in an office environment / administrative capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in
- person.
- A positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative office culture
PREFERABLE
- Prior experience working in an administrative / support role in a Sales environment.
