GENERAL MANAGER of beem® Light Sauna

As a beem® General Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Owners to build a much-needed business from the ground up. You will be responsible for leading a high performing team, coordinating member acquisition programs, managing lead generation activities, and growing overall membership. You will set the tone in the studio and see excellence as the only acceptable result of the team’s efforts!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Staff Management:

Recruit, onboard, and manage all staff, including coaching them to excel in consultative selling techniques.

Sales & Membership Targets:

Drive leads and sales by organizing pre-sale and studio events, implementing community outreach programs and pop-up events, and building a deep list of clients to achieve sales goals for revenue and membership retention.

Member Engagement & Retention:

Develop relationships with members and guests, create a high-energy, fun, and engaged membership culture through contests, promotions, and events to retain members.

Communication & Leadership:

Conduct weekly/monthly staff meetings and 1:1s and maintain high visibility and positive interaction with guests to foster a positive work culture.

Operational Budgets & Efficiency:

Properly manage operational budgets, ensure cost controls, while maintaining inventory, facilities, and cleanliness.

YOUR OUTSTANDING QUALITIES INCLUDE

2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness/spa sales experience. Outgoing with healthy competitive spirit Confident in generating personal sales and training other staff members in sales Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email Professional, punctual, reliable and neat, with a solid work ethic and strong moral fiber Self-starter, able to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a natural positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset Genuine desire to help people achieve their best health Proficiency with computers and studio software
