Summary:
Seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic sales initiatives, mentor teams, and drive business growth in the automation industry.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in a Sales Manager role. Proficient in SEO, analytics, and Google Analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field. Experience in B2B sales within the Automation Industry.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and ERP software. Experience with Google Ads and E-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor inside and outside sales teams to achieve revenue goals. Develop proactive growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify new market opportunities and expand company presence. Oversee website development for new features and content. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
