Job Description:

Being a District Manager at Dollar Tree means: Analyzingdistrict sales results and trends to achieve sales increases andmaximize sales Maintaining a good inventory mix and merchandisepresentation to maximize sales results in each store Recruiting,training, and building associates Controlling payroll hours, cashcontrol, conduct store audits and monitor inventory shrinkageResponsibility for all aspects of inventory shrinkage throughoutthe district Maintaining high level of customer service within thedistrict through personal interactions with associates andcustomers Training and develop hourly and management associateswithin assigned district What we need from you: Multi-unit RetailManagement experience, preferably dealing with hardlines/varietymerchandise Strong merchandising and recruiting abilitiesLeadership skills Supervisory experience Good communication skillsDollar Tree proudly offers our District Managers with theopportunity to earn a quarterly bonus if key performance goals areachieved.
