Responsibilities In alignment with the MCL (MayoCollaborative Labs) sales process and in collaboration with MCSIoperations, has overall accountability for generating new businessrevenue, establishing and retaining long-term businessrelationships, developing and leading specific territorystrategies, managing all aspects of HAE or CSR performance, saleactivities, account retention and growth. While doing so, must alsopromote Mayo Clinics core values and support community-based healthcare and integrated delivery systems. Must maintain an effectivebalance between dynamic enterprise objectives and the needs offield staff and customers. Accountable for effective communicationsand active listening and willing to adapt, adjust and be supportivewhen objectives shift to ensure long term viability and success ofthe enterprise. Remain abreast of regulatory issues, marketdynamics, reimbursement issues, and service requirements. Visasponsorship is not available for this position. Qualifications
- Abachelors degree in business, management or related field isrequired, masters degree preferred.
- Five years of sales relatedexperience required, health care industry preferred.
- Must haveexcellent human relations, management, and communications skills.
Must be accountable, adaptable, flexible, creative, dependable,responsible, and able to perform well within internal and externalmulti-functional environments. Ability to develop strategic plansand manage several people, projects or tasks simultaneously and toexercise appropriate judgment when developing, deploying and/oroverseeing plans, projects and tasks. Demonstrated managerial,decision-making and problem-solving ability and oversight of selfand others. FACHE certification preferred.
- Experience in HospitalHem/Onc Path sales and sales management preferred
- Up to 80%travel required for this role.
- Candidate must live on the westcoast of the United States.
