Job Description
Description Main accountabilities include: + Instrumental in sourcing strategic new accounts and responsible for growing AMI’s client base across the regions. + Identify the needs of each potential client and create bespoke solutions + Target current key accounts and develop and grow level of support + Be pivotal in rolling out new services to market + Produce rolling sales pipeline, to be reported monthly + Ability to travel (often at short notice). + Drive customer Sales visits to improve business relations and gain new business and increasing business. + Due diligence on any new/potential office locations. + Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities. Keep informed of new services and other general information of interest to employees and customers.
Communication and Customer Service:
+ + Prompt response to emails and telephone calls. + Reinforce understanding and training in conflict resolution techniques with employees to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction is achieved. + Ensure customer complaints are dealt with in an effective and positive manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction. + Ensure improved communications between individuals and departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
+ Self-motivated, disciplined and a proven success in sales. + Smart appearance and ability to interact /liaise with customers and suppliers on all levels. + Good knowledge of Express industry within the region. + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. + Must be proactive and forward thinking with the ability to keep in step with market changes. + You must exhibit proven leadership ability.
