Strong farming & hunting mentality needed. Great client network to leverage – previous Chemical Industry experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and support existing accounts Identify new business opportunities and manage projects from concept through delivery Build strong customer and distributor relationships using value-based selling Track sales activities using CRM and analyze data to drive results Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings

Qualifications:

5+ years in chemical or technical sales Proven sales success with strong communication and negotiation skills Independent, goal-driven, and highly organized Willingness to travel extensively within territory Travel across the region, potentially national as needed
