Position Overview:
We are seeking proactive, US-based business development professionals to join us as independent partners. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and introducing potential clients to Metricoid’s service offerings. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong networks and a background in business development, consulting, or sales. This is a performance-based opportunity. Compensation is provided in the form of revenue share on successful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients such as founders, executives, and decision-makers. Promote Metricoid’s custom software development services. Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings or discovery calls. Collaborate with our internal sales and technical team during the proposal and closing process. Earn ongoing revenue share for every client you help bring on board.

Competitive revenue share (up to 30%) for the duration of each client engagement. No cap on earnings – your income grows with the business you generate. Full sales support including case studies, pitch materials, and proposal assistance. A dedicated technical team to handle project delivery and client servicing. Must be based in the United States and fluent in English. Proven background in sales, business development, consulting, or client-facing roles.
