Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development / Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling LegalTech services and IT solutions to law firms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment, be confident meeting clients in person, and be skilled at representing the company at industry events, such as ILTACON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with law firms and legal departments to promote our LegalTech and IT services.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, networking meets, and conferences (e.g., ILTA, LegalWeek, etc.).
- Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and proposed technical solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Actively participate in business strategy and go-to-market planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development in LegalTech or IT Services targeting law firms (preferred)
- Deep understanding of the legal industry’s technology needs and procurement processes.
- Strong network and relationships with legal professionals or prior experience working with firms in the New York City / NY area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with hybrid work and frequent travel to client sites and events.
- Familiarity with IT services such as offshore staffing, custom software development, cybersecurity, and managed services is highly desirable.
