We’re passionate about redefining environments through scent—and we are looking for a dynamic District Manager to help lead that mission across our retail locations. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple Aroma360 retail locations within a defined region. This role is crucial in driving store performance, building strong store leadership, delivering best-in-class client experiences, and executing Aroma360’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-store leader with strong business and sales acumen, luxury retail experience, and a passion for brand storytelling through immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Business Strategy:

Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability across all assigned stores, ensuring alignment with Aroma360’s mission and business goals. Translate corporate strategy into actionable store-level initiatives and hold store leaders accountable for execution. Lead the successful launch of new store locations, onboarding, merchandising, and compliance in partnership with the corporate team. Establish clear performance objectives (daily, monthly, annual) and provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews.

Team & Talent Development:

Lead, inspire, and mentor Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance sales and client-focused culture. Conduct regular manager meetings and store visits to provide guidance, support, and continuous development.

Client Experience & Relationship Management:

Ensure all locations deliver exceptional, personalized client experience in alignment with the Aroma360 brand and selling style. Monitor and support the growth of client databases; guide stores in clientele strategies to increase loyalty and lifetime value. Lead by example in building and nurturing key customer relationships, supporting VIP engagement and event participation.

Operational Excellence:

Guarantee consistent execution of all operational procedures including inventory, product delivery, stockroom management, POS accuracy, visual merchandising, and housekeeping. Enforce company standards related to store appearance, product presentation, loss prevention, IT systems, and cash handling. Partner with the corporate team to streamline processes, troubleshoot challenges, and improve efficiency.

Marketing & Brand Presence:

Execute competitive marketing strategies in partnership with corporate, including in-store activations and external events. Maintain strong relationships with mall management, event partners, and local influencers to boost foot traffic and brand visibility. Support planning and execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns; ensure each store reflects Aroma360’s luxury image and brand storytelling.

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of multi-store management experience, ideally within luxury or high-end retail environments with a high focus on sales. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop strong, sales-driven teams. Strong operational and financial management skills. Highly organized and results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred. Flexibility for regional travel and weekend availability.
