Our client, a lead provider of financial data analytics is looking to bring on a Sales Director to lead expansion efforts across the Americas. You will be responsible for growing your territory by identifying, and closing sales opportunities within financial institutions. In this role, you will look to open up new relationships, as well as engage current clients in order to achieve sales goals/targets.

The Role
A Sales Director will drive expansion across the Americas-targeting structured credit, insurance and asset managers-while building emerging verticals like CLOs and direct lending. You’ll open new logos, forge multi-year C-suite relationships and help shape a business line set to become a core revenue driver.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle sales: cold outreach through RFP and contract negotiation
Develop a focused territory plan for high-value buy-side clients
Coordinate go-to-market efforts with European counterparts
Establish thought leadership in structured credit, insurance or asset management forums
Partner with credit risk analysts, quants, product, legal, marketing and success teams to craft tailored proposals
Maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline in Salesforce (or equivalent)
Requirements
At least 4 years selling enterprise SaaS or data solutions into buy-side credit risk, fixed income or capital markets
Proven ability to leverage existing networks and build new C-suite relationships
Track record in entrepreneurial or start-up sales, ideally launching novel data products
Skilled at integrating analytics into client processes and influencing product roadmaps
Proficiency with prospecting tools and CRM platforms; championing best practices
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-starter mentality, resilience under pressure and strong team ethos
Additional languages a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
