02-Jul-2025 Qatar Executive (QE) is the corporate jet subsidiary of Qatar Airways and is our leading worldwide charter business. Due to expansion QE are now recruiting for the role of Senior Regional Sales Manager.
In this newly created role, you will grow and develop Qatar Executives’ direct client business. Reporting to our VP Commercial QE, you will be responsible for customer account management and sales activity in the Americas region. Based in NYC, there will be regular travel as part of this role.
Pay Matrix for this role is from: $140,000 to $180,000 Specific responsibilities include: Build QE market exposure within the Americas and ensure the QE brand is at all times represented to the customer.
Develop and continually improve the CRM database for the Americas region.
Develop a sales strategy for the Americas region objectives and formulate a strategy for the charter and block hour sales.
Account targeting and account management to meet prescribed revenue, margin and market share growth.
Develop and ensure that the right structure, standards and processes are in place in order to facilitate the development, management and growth of QE sales in the region.
Collaborate with QE Marketing to formulate a marketing strategy for the sales territory.
Build relationships and interact with key individuals and organisations within the Business Aviation Industry.
Make strategic recommendations to senior management.
Develop, manage and coordinate projects and sales campaigns with QE Marketing to enhance and develop QE presence.

Qualifications Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking talented individuals who are commercially astute and market savvy and with a strong international sales back ground to help drive its business growth for charter and block hour agreements in its international markets for its fleet of Gulfstream G650ER aircraft and newly introduced Gulfstream G700 aircraft.
Extensive commercial sales experience in the business jet charter, sales and aircraft sales industry. Deep understanding of business aviation charter sales, block hour sales/ fractional sales.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven influencing and negotiating skills at all levels.
Proven experience in negotiating within a multi-cultural, multi-national environment and all levels from Ultra High Net worth individuals, Private & Public Corporates, Governments.
In depth market knowledge within the European region.
Managerial skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. You must have the current legal rights to live and work in the USA to be considered for this role.
