Description
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at , you’ll play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the technical foundation of our Revenue Operations function. This is a highly hands-on, data-driven role that requires both strategic thinking and a strong executional mindset. You’ll be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, designing salesforce workflows, maintaining data governance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support scalable revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build, manage, and continuously improve reporting dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and SaaS metrics.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to improve process efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
Work closely with sales reps and leaders on a daily basis to deliver real-time data, performance insights, and strategic recommendations that help with productivity, attainment, and growth.
Evaluate & optimize our sales tech stack (i.e. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Zoominfo, Lusha), ensuring tools are well-integrated and fully leveraged.
Lead initiatives related to CRM enhancements, process automation, and scalable operational infrastructure.
Analyze sales behavior and funnel conversion data to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improving productivity.
Own data accuracy and governance across our GTM systems, ensuring reliable inputs for reporting & decision making.
What We’re Looking For
4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and funnel dynamics.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including building reports, dashboards, managing workflows, and understanding system architecture.
Strong interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve GTM efficiency.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Experience building and maintaining sales forecasting using pipeline data, conversion metrics, and historical trends.
Experience with sales enablement and engagement platforms (i.e. SalesLoft, Gong, etc).
Bonus:
familiarity with CPQ process or tools.
