Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product offerings meet customer demands
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets

Requirements:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role within the fashion Industry with long lasting relationships with upper management with Department Stores,
Mass Markets, Clubs, Off Price channels.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
In-depth knowledge of the women’s knitwear market
Bachelor’s degree in Business
